If you rent out a facility to a riding school, it is important to keep up when the association wants to move forward – and be an enabler.
About the project
The activity at Ölmstad Riding & Driving Association has gradually increased, which the association has solved with temporary and scattered stable places. To achieve a more permanent solution they want to see an extension of the existing stable. It should create a better working environment and a safer environment for the students, who currently need to be scattered. The association leases the facility from Arnold Gustafsson, who has the project idea to handle the actual expansion.

The board's motivation
The project meets an increased need for suitable stables for the tenant Ölmstad riding and driving association. The owning family has since the 1990s provided stables and also enabled the association to build its own facilities, such as larger and more suitable premises. This creates conditions for increased employment in the countryside. an indoor riding arena. The current main stable has long been too small, and several smaller ones have therefore been created on the farm. This makes teaching more difficult. The relationship between landowner and tenant is stable, and the investment in an expansion of the stable means that the already large association activities can continue and develop on the farm.
