The project that builds new opportunities for activities in Stackebo.
About the project
6 different scout troops use Stackebo for, among other things, scouting with hikes, camps, and youth groups. There is now a need for more activities for scouts aged 11 and up. Therefore, the Foundation SMU's Recreation Village Isaberg, which owns the property, has the project idea to invest in new wind shelters and a new food and kitchen area. They will also ensure that there are accessible paths so that more people have the opportunity to stay in the area.

The board's motivation
A renovation and upgrade of Stackebo the scout camp area is a large and long-term investment supported by many scout troops within Equmenia Church in the community and will benefit many. The primary target group is scouts aged 8–18 years, with a focus on older scouts. The initiative provides an increased opportunity to reach teenagers with activities and camp operations, with high accessibility in the attractive Isaberg nature reserve.
