What can we learn from others regarding preparedness?
About the project
In the Nordic project preparedness local actors in our area will exchange experiences with others in the county but also through study visits in Finland and Åland. The local actors from our area can be non-profit organizations, entrepreneurs in rural areas or service personnel in the public sector. Through meetings with practical exercises, the project will spread knowledge and increase awareness of how to be better prepared for future crises.
The project is run by us at Leader Västra Småland in collaboration with several other Leader areas. More information about the project will come.

The board's motivation
The project has a genuine Leader profile. Experience and knowledge exchange on a Nordic level opens new perspectives and collaboration opportunities. This can in turn lead to synergy effects and contribute to structural societal changes.
