Virtual training sessions

Berga Träningsstudio AB has the project idea to start with virtual training sessions in its new gym location. The idea means that the rooms for group training will have large screens where it is possible to choose an instructor-led group training session even at times when it is otherwise empty. In this way, the gym should be utilized more, and at the same time reach new target groups who want to train during the day.

Can lead to more new customers.

At the end of 2025, there was finally a premiere for virtual training sessions at Berga training studio in Tenhult, with everything from Bodycombat with instructors in desert environments to dizzying cycling through colorful light rings. 
– This means a lot. We have customers who have requested to be able to train at different times of the day and we have not been able to accommodate that until now. We also believe that we can get more new customers thanks to this.
Who benefits from this Leader project?
– It is actually many. There are people who do not have the opportunity to train at the times we have staffed sessions due to inconvenient working hours or other reasons. There are also people who may not dare to attend group training sessions and this is a good alternative.
What does the Leader support mean for this initiative?
– Without it, we would not have been able to implement this. When we moved to this location, we made a significant investment already, so there would not have been any virtual training sessions since it is such a large additional investment.
