Local for food craft

Cheese cake, milk and yogurt on the menu in Släthultsboden's new initiative.

About the project

Kristine Fransson has previously run the farm shop Släthultsboden with sales of the farm's beef, baked goods, cheese cake and products from other producers.

To develop the business, she has the project idea to set up a food handling facility. In addition to increasing the production of cheese cake, there are plans to expand the range by producing and selling pasteurized milk, yogurt and other dairy products which has not been possible in the previous location.

The support will go towards, among other things, refrigerated trailers, dishwashers, sinks and ovens.

From the application
